Purpose:

The Gift of Life Program provides life-saving heart and other surgical procedures to children from around the world. Working with Rotary Clubs and other partner organizations, “enabling children and young adults to be able to live a full and productive life, and in so doing, help promote World Peace and understanding.”

Brevard Rotary Club has adopted the program.

It is the first club in our district to adopt this international program. It falls into the International Services area.

Who:

Any Rotary Club may request a presentation for your club about the Gift of Life Program and who it benefits, what it means to save a life, when they leave, what legacy do we promote and what impact does it have on the future of our peace and understanding for each other.

Why:

We have resources here to help those less fortunate which is not available in these third world countries. Each club is autonomous yet part of the whole organization in their work to help these children.

How:

Start. Invite us to speak to your club. We will help your club with the process.

  • Let’s save the life of a child.
  • Let’s make that difference in a child’s life.
  • Let’s promote World Peace and Understanding with each child.
